2025 plan, how to completely change yourself in one year?

A year may seem like a short time, but it can make a big difference.

Have you changed in 2024 compared to the previous year? Is there any progress?

If you are still stuck in the same place, you can try my methods and plans and give yourself a year full of possibilities.

Change doesn’t take magic, just the right approach coupled with consistent action.

A total of 5 steps and will tell you how I did the 2025 plan:

1. Rewrite your daily script

If you haven’t changed much in the past year, it’s a good indication that your daily behaviors and habits aren’t helping you improve.

Albert Einstein once said, “What is madness?” Madness is all about doing the same thing over and over again, but expecting different results.”

To rewrite the daily script is to break the negative cycle.

For example, your original daily script was: work, go home, play on your phone, catch up on dramas, and sleep. This cycle makes you comfortable, but it also makes you stagnant. It consumes your time without giving you any progress.

Break or replace some of the links in the original cycle and establish a new mechanism.

2. Determine a direction

This is important! When you progress in one thing, you will improve in other things.

This will bring you a deep change and the person will be more confident.

Remember, you don’t need to do everything. Doing one thing well is the same as doing anything well.

So, identify a direction that will have a huge impact on you, such as improving your finances, improving your presentation, exercising, learning English, and mastering a skill……

For me, the behavior that has had the biggest impact on me over the past year has been starting to write.

It’s not just about writing something, it’s about how to spread value and how to attract people’s attention……

Turn my ideas into content and attract the attention of like-minded people.

In 2025, my direction will be on entrepreneurship and building, which I believe is also very interesting.

3. Challenging goals

Set a challenge for what you do

For example, if you want to get fit this year and get in shape, it’s better to take the fitness trainer exam.

Regardless of whether you get that certificate in the end or not,

In the process, you will gain a good figure, fitness knowledge and exercise habits.

The 2025 goal I set for myself is to challenge 12 projects in 12 months (the idea came from Pieter Levels, a top overseas entrepreneur, and I will share some of his stories when I have time). )

It probably doesn’t matter whether the goal can be accomplished in the end, whether all 12 projects will succeed or fail, and whether they will all succeed or fail in the end.

At least in the process, I will learn how to start a business, how to build a product, how to sell it, and so on.

4. The 1% principle

The 1% principle is to keep improving a little bit every day.

Going to the gym for 10 hours straight won’t make you strong.

But exercising for 30 minutes a day for a year will get you in shape.

Daily practice is the only way to achieve your goals.

All I have to do is learn by doing, do it first, and then look for answers when I have a problem.

For example, I don’t know how to build a product, but I search, I find out how other people do it, learn from them, and then use it. Don’t know how to discover the need, you can use the same method. You can even use AI.

Then, you can share what you have done and what you have learned, and you can also accumulate users.

5. Set up feedback + don’t do checklists

Change without feedback is blind.

Spend 30 minutes every Sunday:

Looking back on what you did during the week, do you move in the direction?

If so, is there anything that has not been done well.

If not, then avoid behaviors that will hinder you from changing.

In order for your goals to become a reality, it’s crucial to stay focused.

Make a no-do list, write down all the things that are distracting you, and avoid them as much as possible.

At last

Don’t try to change everything at once. Choose the most important thing and do it for 365 days.When you learn to progress in one thing, you have the ability to improve in everything.

A more elegant way to put it is the way of one thing, the way of your life.
